Dairy Cows are kept in contiainment units that dont' allow them natural movement.

They are kept pregnant throughout the year to keep them producing milk at optimum levels.

Their calves are immediately taken away from them cuasing great pain and stress to both mother and baby.

If the calf is a male, it is locked in a cell that doesn't allow for it to even turn around or any natural movement. They often go insane from lack of stimulation.

The Dairy industry supports the viel industry.

Ice cream is evil.

I was never that much into ice cream. If I do buy it, it has to have lots and lots of junk in it so that it's more like cake than ice cream. And even then I will eat a few spoons out of the pint and put it back in the freezer. A pint of ice cream can last for months in my apartment.

that depends on which dairy farm/company you buy from. if you so your research, you can usually stay away from the evil ones. a cow can nurse her calf until he or she is weaning and still produce milk as long as she is continually stimulated.

or you can just go soy.

Banana's contain a chemical in them (i forget what it's called) that enhances mood and actually fights depression.

Also, bananas help satisfy sugar cravings.
