Favorite things about/to cook at a bar b Q?

I am leaving to a bar b q thats starting at 4 (so summertime) in a few minutes. I was asked to make a side (crab salad) and I thinking I'm also gonna get down on my world renowned mesquite honey bbq chicken. Plus I'm gonna buy an key lime pie from marie callendars. Which got me to thinking,,, what is it that we people love so much about bar b q'? To me its several things first its the good times,, second it just feels like home to me... when I'm grilling with friends or family... watching football... swimming its just all that and a can of pringles. Finally I like how tired you feel after eating a big ass plate of food and knowing that you have some left overs for lunch tommorow! So tell me what are your Favorite things about/to cook at a bar b Q?

Chicken. Mmmmm.. Grilled Chicken, crisp on the out side, juicy inside, flavorful all around.

Here in Sheboygan we love our bratwurst. You can't beat a Johnsonville brat on a hard roll with ketchup, brown mustard and onions. You can and should drink a ton of beer with that (Miller! never Bud or Coors!)

Good times.
