I just got done doing something really Italian. Cooking a feast together with my relatives and eating it with them. It was a hodge podge of fair. I cooked red kidney bean beef stew and toasted some rye bread with brushetta and tomatoe. My cousin made canolis, My uncle made Chicken Scampi a la fresca, and my aunt baked eggplant parmesian and some deviled eggs. It was good, plus I have left overs for lunch tommorow. Cooking with the family is fun. It brings you all together. You should all try it sometime.

cooking as a family is the best, whether the family is large or small.

Someone should write a song about cooking with your family and the good discussions you have during that time. I think I might try that.
