yesterday afternoon for a few hours until around dinner time, my cousin, his friend, and I are shooting the shit when he sees this group of ladies that he knows. Of course he's like hey that one on the left she's cool, obviously trying to get me to play wingman. His buddy Ronnie starts laughing which should have been a sign, but caution was gone to the wind after a boilermaker and 2 beers. So the three of us walk up to the flock and proceed to entertain. This girl had the annoying Jersey voice from hell and she must have thought I was Richard Prior cause everything I said got this response that is now seared into my brain, "Really, Oh My Gwad! (loud obnoxious laugh here!)" and it was at everything. Example: I'm from California her Really Oh, My Gawd!(laugh) I'm gonna get a drink you want one?" Really Oh My Gawd! The worst thing is I feel the stares of everyone in the pub as she does this and want to get away. But my cousin is entrenched in his deep conversation to get digits and get laid, so I gotta help blood out? Meanwhile Ronnie is laughing his ass off at the bar and I want to hit him. Has something like this ever happened to you?

I'm as Jersey as the day is long and you leave my accent alone or I'll whup your ass.
