If you could eat one food for the rest of your life...

What would it be? I'm here on the east coast on vacation eating hellafied food. I don't know for me it would be a toss up between Asian food and Italian food. (funny how that works cause I'm Italian and Korean.)With mexican coming in at a close second. All though i love the flavor of italian food(and mexican) I would probably go with Asian food for the rest of my life, cause it is way healthier and I wouldn't blow up like a blimp. That would be my choice. But good thing i don't ever have to make that choice, cause I love me some eating. What would your choice be!

It depends on the days ... I havent added the vodka to the coffee yet cuz I'm still hanging on to caffine in all sorts of other forms such as expresso, chocolate, instant coffee (tastes like poison).. the alcohol is for social events

Oh, there's much more to French food than that. I love ratatouille, herbes de Provence, their special soupe de poisson, moules mariniere, tomates farcies, coq au vin...the list goes on and on. It's also the way they prepare the food, and not just the dishes in and of themselves.

Saying Asian is kind of cheating, though, isn't it? I mean, there's a HUGE variety there. Don't get me wrong, that's what I'd pick too. ( smile ) But then you get japanese, chinese, vietnamese, thai, nepalese, indian, etc. They're all similar in ways, but can have big differences. nod

The poisonous soup is excellent. You just grind salmon and cod and sword fish and a bunch of other poissons to make the base, then add rouille and croutons when it's done. nod
