In California at least, there are four choices. With Elementary Credentials you can teach Kindergarten through Sixth. JH is 7th and 8th, and High, obviously, consists of grades 9-12. I'm not sure what the Special Education age range is, but I think it's 4 to 18. I started quite jazzed about the little ones but like everything else, my mind's never completely made up, because it all sounds fantastic! Maybe I'll get all four credentials, at this rate.
