i'm a non-sugar soda drinker. i wear a size 5. the sugared stuff gives me a headache and bloats me to a size 7 or MORE! i'm too short for that. makes me look like kristie alley pre-jenny craig eek

i have no predjudices against water, soda, wine or champagne. i'm for them all, in moderation and according to when they are appropriate cool

sodas make good mixers, for example.

I'll admit, I'm addicted to Coca-Cola! I only drink one a day, but NOTHING subs for it! I have it in the morning, usually, instead of coffee.

I tried to switch to diet drinks, but discovered that the arificial sweeters give me blinding migraines. Plus, to me, I never got used to the taste. Sure, Diet Dr. Pepper is okay, but after a while I started noticing the aftertaste even more. Despite what people have claimed, I never could get used to Diet Coke. It tastes like insecticide, and that impression never did go away.

I drink water all day long, so having it with my meal gets kinda old.

So here. Someone answer this.
Say you drink a couple sodas or iced teas a day, but that replaces eating. Yanno, your filling up on bev's instead of food. Then what?

I know. I'm sayin'. When ya fill up on caffiene beer iced tea soda, u barely have room to eat. So are you still gonna gain all that soda weight, or would U get thinner, or would ya stay the same?

based on my own experience, it would fill me up temporarily, but later on i'd start getting snacky and sluggish and i'd eat crap for the rest of the day.

It varies. Usually, it's unsweetened iced tea.
