She is a lovely girl but had a tough upbringing and because of some other things in her life has some self image issues. However she is still pretty fine despite the fact she can't see it. She is a great mum and all round lovely person.
Anyway while i was talking to her my sis was upstairs putting Iris to bed her 9 yr old son says "mummy if i tell you that you are thin will you buy this for me" I was flabbergasted and said "you have a lot to learn about women son" She then goes..... "oh he gets it from his Dad.....the other day he told me if i get down to a certain size (bear in mind there is nothing of her) i will buy you a boob job!" I mean WTF how offensive is that on so many levels.....ffs some people [Edited 8/7/06 10:06am] [Edited 8/7/06 10:13am] It is a shame that the dad is perpetuating this sort of behaviour.. It is also a shame there are not more men like you out there that respect women like you do. I guess you are the minority | |
