I love Animal Cops Detroit on Animal Planet-it's a great show with terrific people who have dedicated a part of their lives to helping animals . Do you watch any of the animal cops shows?

But they probably can't get those animals housed, remember they are a charity and don't have bottomless pockets to keep those animals sheltered and fed. I did suggest to them once they can kill two birds with one stone (no pun intended) by sending the dogs and cats to North Korea. Stop world hunger

Make laws for All animal owners to have there pets identichipped
Bring back the dog & possibly a cat licence at a small fee of £1.00 this way dogs for example are registered this will cut down on animal farming
Make laws forcing animal wardens, animal enforcing officers, vets etc to scan all animals.
When an animal is lost and found by rescue agencies the area that animal was found all local vets should be contacted.
Abolish the “capital grants”, “Farming Connect scheme” & the “Farm Enterprise Grant” to farmers these grants where introduced to tempt farmers to breed other live stock eg: rare breeds in cows, pigs etc but sadly this has been abused and many have started puppy farming as it is a quick turn over.
That would be a start.
