What do these 2 ladies have in common........ 
They were both named DAWN in the movie. Both terrorized by society!!!!! I watched WELCOME TO THE DOLLHOUSE last night and laughed my head off. I felt so bad for poor poor DAWN WEINER. Everytime I see the movie the guy who plays her brother always looked familiar to me. 
I finally figured it out. OMG. He's the short latina drag queen friend of La Miranda in the movie STONEWALL. He's funnier as a drag queen. I could not find a decent pic of him in drag and I don't have the dvd so I coudn't capture it. I totally felt her pain. The part that killed me was when she tried to help this little kid when a bunch of guys were picking on him. The kid ended up cussing her out. Hahahahahahah!!! Poor thing. That guy from the L Word was in it too. Damn he was a hottie. I don't care if he did have a mullet. The part where she's singing along to her brothers band and she's doing the snake is priceless. You absolutely have to see FEMALE TROUBLES (second picture) and all of John Water's movies. Welcome To The Dollhouse is a dark comedy. It's really really good. Someone once described the lead character, Dawn Weiner, as the little girl that you went to school with that smelled like Pee. Hahahahha!! SHUT UP!!!!! Hahaha!! Isn't it crazy that in the movie they call her a LEZBO and in reality she came out a couple of years ago. I think that they should've had DAWN WEINER and that little tom boy/dykey/Jody Foster looking/ bully, together in Welcome To The Dollhouse. I'm jealous.... m well, i wouldnt call dan rather fun, and i was so freaked out about almost burning her hair that i didnt say anytrhing to heather. come to ny, you cant throw a rock without hitting a celeb or someone fun here, especially where i work. yesterday, i was trekking back from quiznos a block away with my sammich, and there was a guy walking around in a pair of low rise briefs, socks and shoes in the middle of midtown east. only in new york!
