As for the pics, they look exactly like magazine photos. I know we like to believe the best of people, but it's pretty fishy. Sure, you can pick up nuances in accents, pronunciation, tone, etc. You can tell a lot about a person by how they say something. You can most certainly be attracted to someone over a voice only. But tell what they physically look like? nuh-uh. As for the shallow thing, I don't think you're being shallow necessarily. We all know what we are and are not attracted to. I just don't think you can tell how much someone weighs over the phone. |
