I don't like swallowing pills either, I'm always afraid I'll choke though I never have 
With solid pills I have to throw my head back a few times to get it to the back of my throat so it just washes down. With capsules (they float) I put my head down to get them close to the back as possible.   I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!!
