Only if you fill it up all the way...that's where most people make their mistake. Just fill it up an inch and a half, then toss the kids inside... nod

You're very right!

I am scared to get my next water/sewer bill! Usually, based on approximately 2,000 gallons of water, I pay $89 for it. My first pool like this was 1,000 gallons and I filled it up twice and then I got the 4,000 gallon pool and filled it up once. Then it caved and I refuse to fill it up again! So, it's sitting there with it half-filled.

sad

...Most definately...my kids love it...luckily we have a shallow well, so the cost of filling it isn't an issue...it's pretty much pefect since a "real" pool would take up 90% of my backyard...

Rudy

we have one of these too, an 18' monster! it's a blast.

We filled it up almost completely when we realized the tilt was not going to let the filters work - so we had to drain it on the grass. 5000 freaking gallons. The birds were quite happy though, with a big worm buffet coming up
