He is this old guy who is crazy. looks like a hobo, smells odd, wears the same clothes. And on top of all that he growls at people when they come to MY DOOR.

When I first moved in he told he there was "a lady with white spikey hair taking papers from my apartment" keep in mind there was nothing even in my apartment!

What should I do?

(The suggestion of cutting his A/C lines was made, and let the heat take care of him, but I am not looking to murder anyone)

Give him a chance, he might like you.

is there some sort of office for the aging in your town?....he might need help.

Stay away from scary neighbours

There is this house across from my place and this lady has frequent arguments which usually spills out her back door and into her yard. It's a home where drugs and other shit happen. Just recently she was at it from 3:00 a.m. till 5:00 a.m. arguing in her backyard - like I got no decent sleep.

Next time I'm calling the police I want my sleep!!

I know it is wrong to judge people, but this guy is really odd.

Just stay away from the guy.
