Any of you know some great running drills?

Just wondering if any of you athletic orgers could help me think up some running drills for strength and conditioning this morning. I'm getting tired of running the hell out of the kids and doing the same old stations. I gotta look in my drill book tommorow, I'm just too lazy to do it right now. I want something kind of fun yet demanding at the same time. I'd apreciate the help. Thanks

Ooh, Indian Runs! Oh my God! I was introduced to that shit in the heat of fucking Texas during the summer! Okay, you form your team into two columns. Put your two slowest runners in the front to set the pace. The two back runners had to sprint to the front of the columns. Our columns were pretty long so it was torture running passed my squad. And whoever lost the sprint against their partner had to lap the group when the two pace runners were up front again. Our drill sergeant would just call out names and make us run around the group. Mind you, we were doing it up the hills in El Paso during the damn heat of summer. I would not suggest you do that. lol It will definitely build up your wind.

Thank you we have done these they do work. We did suicides today a drill in which you touch every line on the field and the run back to the endzone
