Advice Needed So I am going to be heading back to New York City in August and I want to visit my former workplace.
The last time I was in New York, i avoided it like the plague but recently I've wanted to go back and see some of my old co-workers and whatnot. I had pretty good working relationships with just about all of them and I miss them. My only problem is the evil office manager from hell who verbally attacked me once and treated me like shit for the entire time that I worked there. I really don't want to see him ever again in my life but at the same time I want to see my former co-workers who I miss. I know that Tuesday is his day off but sometimes he's there anyway and basically I just don't know how I'll react when I see him. I'm even getting a bit shakey just thinking about it. Any advice .org people? Thanks in advance.

Fuck that, confront that jerk. Show him/her you're better than them.
And besides, you can wipe a booger in their coffee mug.

get in contact with some one there and schedule a lunch date with them
he won't be invited and you will get to see the people you want to see. [Edited 8/3/06 12:34pm] We all should know that diversity makes for a rich tapestry, and we must understand that all the threads of the tapestry are equal in value no matter what their color. Maya Angelou
