As far as the guys who did this being turned in, does the area where you live have problems with "turning people in"? Here we have so many murders and such, and there is an underlying rule of "no snitching", which is not helping when it comes to solving these things.

Seriously WHERE WAS THE SECURITY???

I'd sue the venue, not that it would get my kid back, but it might force them to hire more people and keep the place safe for others.

That's a sad story. I go to shows occasionally where mosh pits break out, but I stay off to the side. The only time I ever jumped in was when Ministry played Lollapalooza and that was 14 years ago. I'm way too old to be doing that crap now.

Yeah, the poor guy should have had better sense than to bring a pregnant girlfriend and child anywhere near where a mosh pit could happen.
