Kevin Smith has done it. This film is easily his best since "Dogma" and in fact, may even surpass the first "Clerks." Yeah, I said it, fanboy. You don't like it, lick the balls of Walt Flanagan's dog.

This film contains perhaps his most honest and true-to-life dialogue since "Chasing Amy." And I got choked up at the very end.

For folks like myself who saw the original "Clerks" in their late teens/early '20s, this film might well cause some discomfort, particularly if you're not where you thought you'd be at your age. The scene with Lance Dowd will especially make you squirm.

Overall, this film is fucking hilarious...but also a very honest look at how life sneaks up on you (somehow I can see a certain pseudointellectual Orger who shall go nameless Orgnoting me after reading that statement and saying 'Life DOESN'T sneak up on you.').

So kudos to Kevin Smith for not screwing up a sequel that had alot of expectations. He delivered. It's better than a salsa shark and one of Veronica's blowjobs combined.

I liked it! I thought Clerks was probably better but Clerks II was alright. Rosario did a good job...LOVE her! My boyfriend said the guy that played elias is my age and went to my high school. He didn't look framiliar to me though!

OMFG....Clerks 2 was hilarious! I was dying laughing during the whole movie. I seriously thought I was gonna die when Jay did the Buffalo Bill dance....and of course pillow pants! hahaha

I love how playful and happy Jay is in this movie ^^


And I think that Elias kid is going places!

Did anyone else notice how the bright, upbeat vibe the majority of this movie had made you forget how obscene some of the dialouge was?

This was great! There were so many parts that were just hilarious. Pilow pants, the donkey show, porch monkey, etc.

And anyone notice how Jeff and Brian acutal look 40 something, but Kevin and Jason look like they just came right from the first Clerks.?? Esp. Mewes - he's lookin' quite good.

Great movie. Funny as hell. Jay and Silent Bob rule. Rosario is pretty hot. One of the highlights is when everyone is dancing to "ABC". The blonde in the movie is kevin Smith's wife. She is an ugo. I can't believe how Kevin just goes on and on about her. Better than the first clerks. Great guy film.
