Good work! My wife is on a diet also. She basically doesn't eat bread, eggs, beef and very rarely pork, and has cut back on her noodles and rice. That's not an easy thing for a Thai to do.

I have a pack of wheat pitas I'm trying to use up, so I made chicken wraps with cucumber, feta, olives, romaine, tomatoes, and a mayonaise mixed with sun dried tomatoes.

well, i have some ramen noodles.... i'm out of bread, almost out of milk, almost out of eggs, and have no meat in the house to speak of. i don't get paid for another week and a half and i have $4 to my name. what kind of broke is that?
