I moved into my condo that I had just bought and spent a lot of time painting, fixing and redecorating. I can't believe that I've lived at the same place for 17 years!!!!! I remember when I bought the place that my dad told me that I might not stay there for very long. Guess I proved him wrong, even though the place I live in is more like an apartment than a regular condo/townhouse that you see now. One day I'm going to buy house, that is my ULTIMATE dream.

congrats...you should have quite alot of equity in the place...pay down that mortgage!
