I love driving OCD people nuts. I don't know if it means I'm OCD about OCD people, or if it's just entertainment, but it's fun to do. If I spot someone doing the same thing over and over each day, I'll mess with them just to see them get all panic-y about it LOL

....I take showers....lots n lots of showers....b-4 I go to the gym...play football....wash the car....
....I too organize and wipe my table at restaurants... ....I wring my hands when I wake up in the morning a la.... ...and I used to be UBER-obsessive about my uniform before we got our new wash n wear one....starched and pressed to the point of rigor mortis....and I would take up to 3 hours A DAY to spit shine my boots...as my wife is fond of pointing out they could be almost transparent they were so shiny and I would keep at it.... ...other than that....whats OCD?? He was like a cock who thought the sun had risen to hear him crow.

I can't stand unmade beds, dirty floors, clothes flung around, dishes in the sink, etc. You won't see that in my house. But yeah, anything you can close a door on, I'm pretty about. I'm also psycho in restaurants. I never leave a table with a mess for the waiter/waitress to clean. Everyone who knows me either laughs at me or rolls their eyes because I'm always stacking plates and silverware, throwing away trash, wiping down the table, etc. I just think it's disgusting to just walk away leaving a big mess for someone else to clean up. I don't suffer from OCD - well, we all have little habits but I wouldn't go that far - but one of my mates is beyond.
You get out of a chair to go to the bathroom/kitchen, your cushion is straightened before your foot hits the floor. Ask her what she's doing at that time, on that day, in 6 months' time - the likelihood is that she'll be able to tell you. (Okay, that might be a bit of an exaggeration but she is super SUPER organised to the point of madness). She runs her life like clockwork. She has this book that she fills in every time she buys something in a shop (How much, where, when, etc - one reason why she'll always have far more money than I will ) The one that makes me laugh is that she cannot tolerate any 'unnecessary clutter' anywhere. By this, I mean the lead on her kettle or the lead on her microwave. (God forbid you put a cup on the floor ). How do you make a cup of coffee? Go to the kitchen, turn kettle on, put coffee in cup, pour water, drink. Not my mate. She: ~ goes into the kitchen (probably plumping up the cushions as she gets off the seat) ~ opens drawer (scanning for dust as she goes) ~ gets out lead ~ attaches to kettle ~ turns on ~ puts coffee in cup ~ pours water into cup ~ puts lead back into drawer ~ drinks coffee Just the thought of that lead being out on the kitchen worktop drives her crazy! She has to get it out every time she boils the kettle. She can't just leave it plugged into the back of the kettle like most people do. And the microwave lead is carefully positioned so only the tiniest part sticks out - and that's the part she can't hide. And she also has this thing with her shower curtains. It has to be left out a certain way after you've used it. This one time, I was staying at her house and after I'd showered - just for a laugh - I deliberately left it how it shouldn't be. Ten minutes' later, I went back into the bathroom and it had been arranged just so. So I put it back how I'd left it and didn't say anything. I then went back in and she's re-arranged it. Again, I put it back as I'd left it and - when I checked later on - she'd put it back to how she likes it. All of this without saying a word! There was no-one else there so it was obvious I'd done it. But we just had this little silent game of 'Adjust The Shower Curtain'. I'm surprised she didn't tell me off. There are so many things, I wouldn't know where to start, but the main thing is that she does laugh at herself and she knows anything we say is just teasing. But I do feel sorry for people who suffer from this - it must be awful.

Don't come in my room then. my bed's unmade right now and I have shit every where, because I'm running out of room to put it and I hate throwing stuff out. I agree about the dishes though...I hate doing the dishes and two seconds later someone comes and puts an assload right back in the sink. I'm also psycho in restaurants. I never leave a table with a mess for the waiter/waitress to clean. I do that at resturants too....even though technically it's their job and they're being paid for it. btw, silverware at restaurants freak me out. I'm like Inspector Gadget whenever I get my silverware, and I always request for straws instead of drinking out of the glasses. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)
