A Dangerous Situation

You are on a horse, galloping at a constant speed.
On your right side is a sharp drop off,
and on your left side is an elephant traveling at the same speed as you.

Directly in front of you is a galloping kangaroo
and your horse is unable to overtake it.

Behind you is a lion running at the same speed as you and the Kangaroo.

What must you do to safely get out of this highly dangerous situation?????

If you do not know, see answer below.

Get your drunk a$$ off the merry-go-round!

My answer was going to be "wake up" cuz there is no way that scenario is ever playing out in real life lol

I could be wrong but wouldn't the elephant be travelling slower if it was nearer the middle of the merry-go-round?

All this is really killing a good joke razz, but what do you mean "revolutions per minute"? Yes, they have the same revolutions per minute ratio, but the elephant is closer to the middle and thus a full revolution for the elephant covers less distance than a full circle for the horse, but takes the same amount of time. So yes, you were right in the first place, the elephant is slower. Or is this heatwave really starting to get to me? hmm

Fc = mv2/r, where Fc = centrifugal force, m = mass, v = speed, and r = radius.
