A person's experience with coming out has everything to do with their own psychological strength and the people and environment surrounding them. Whether someone is gay or bi or trans or intergendered is secondary. I'm sorry your mom behaved so poorly towards you, but her reaction is not a solid basis for assuming you have it harder than another sexual minority. I'm also sorry that your ex fucked you around like that, but chances are he'd have slept around and treated you like that even if he had been fully gay. Cheating is cheating, the crotch accessories shouldn't be a factor in a person's reaction to it.

As a whole bisexuals have to go through the same experiences gays do -including being denied/losing a job or housing, losing parental rights of biological children, being beaten up or killed because of who they are. But on top of that we also have to deal with gay and straight people that look down on us, that think we're on the fence, confused, or greedy. I am no whore just because what appeals to me is broader than what appeals to you.
