So DiscoballStallion... believes that bisexuals do not have it as hard as gay people do.

I neither agree nor dis-agree.....i am straight what do i know? However what i DO know is that it is far more constructive to focus on removing pre-conceptions and predjudice from anywhere we find them that trying to point out that so and so has it harder than so and so.

Ya, I am with you. I'm not trying to knock anyone...I am just interested in seeing if it's common for gay people to have this opinion of bi people. it's kind of a case by case basis. but i do know a lot of straight people who view bisexality as preferable to homosexuality. I wouldn't say bisexual people have it easy coming to terms with their sexuality, gay bashers and bible thumpers don't really care if you're exclusively gay or go both ways. Bisexuals are still prohibited from marrying people of the same sex just as gays are. They'll get funny looks for holding hands in public just like gays do.
I would never date someone that was bisexual though. The two that I did were too flippant about jumping over to the other side whenever they felt like it, and didn't consider it cheating. Constantly getting strung along with their BS. | |
