Best thing to eat on a hot day? Besides Ice Cream what is the best thing to eat on a hot, humid day? I'm starving and don't feel like cooking something hot in the kitchen. Think cool people! Help me out! Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.

We are talking 99 degrees with 100% humidity, so I'm hot, sticky and thirsty as all get out and have to go to practice in like a couple of hours! ANd I'm the kind of coach that actually does a lot of the conditioning with my players cause they find it motivating that I'm not sitting on my royal ivory tower so that makes them work hard. But I gotta figure out a way to get some energy! Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.

Tuna or chicken salad or grilled chicken salad is nice and light for when it's too hot. They even made pre-cooked grilled chicken strips now, so you won't have to worry about the grilling part. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

Yesterday I had lunch at Sugakiya, a fast food place. I ordered a cold ramen (noodles in soup) with chicken, sliced cucumber, lettuce and all kinds of spice. At the bottom of the bowl there were big ice cubes, so you can trust it was cold. It was very refreshing despite my prejudiced ideas about how noodles are "supposed to be" hot.
