I have been trying to find a new job for the past couple of months with no luck. I love the job I have now but it just isn't challenging anymore. What can I do?

ask your boss if you can help do some of her/his work. unless you already do.

Challenging is the key word there. At least you know that you won't ever have to settle for something less. Have patience. It will come to you. I was 28 when I first found a job I love! The road before was dark and dismal though.
