People used to tell me I needed to gain weight. Some even said I looked emaciated! I don't think they realized it's an insult just like sending a weight watchers email.

I think it's not cool to comment on someone's weight unless they ask, they're anorexic/bulimic, or if they're so fat they can't get out of bed and you are the one bringing the 12 egg omlettes every morning.
