1. i finally took myself out on a date to see the new x-men movie. it was a great movie as big dumb superhero flicks go, but i didn't put out afterwards.

2. i bought "fool the world: the oral history of a band called pixies" today

3. i bought a new electric toothbrush and i allowed myself to get moderately fancy. i'm talking ANGLE ACTION, bitchez.

4. i made a fantastic tikka masala kinda thing with sauteed broccoli and cauliflower smothered in curry powder and fresh ground black pepper and ate the whole damn thing up in one setting with a big glass of lemonade. DELISH.

spoil yourself. i highly recommend it.

Hmmm, I have the same dilemma at the moment. It's been soooo hot here recently and our office are allowing us to dress casually - so for about the first time since I was six, I've managed to get over my phobia of getting my legs out in public and started wearing shorts. Now everyone's telling me to wear flip flops.
