I mean, I've got all sorts of project files everywhere, expense receipts, propel water, purchase orders, books of standards, and I think I saw a credit card somewhere under all that. It's so funny too, I'm so neat and OCD, but my desk is a complete contradiction.



Do you guys keep your work areas neat and organized?

I like to tidy up my desk before I leave work at the end of the day.

I clean my desk at work about once every 3 weeks, but it always seems to be covered with piles of random papers.

Mine's a mess...I just can't keep up with it. I'm in marketing and communications, so everything I do is paper-related and I have to do a big purge every few weeks.

Generally, I'm a neat and tidy person but my desk is something else. 'Organised chaos' is how I'd describe it.

A few months' back, the Managers went round the office judging the tidiest desk areas (they must've been really busy that day ) and my team came LAST. Says it all.
