CHINESE SIGNS

I just read freespirits thread on star signs and wondered what chinese sign we all were biggrin .....JUST TELL ME DAMN IT biggrin

http://www.ofesite.com/sp...nimal2.htm

Me mr.green neutral

Tigers are sensitive, emotional and capable of great love. They are extremely competitive, especially when it boils down to honor or protecting the ones they love. They need independence but love to dominate. This strong sense of dignity, coupled with their eagerness to face challenges, make them natural (although difficult) leaders. Always restless and alert, they aren't afraid to go for what they want. Tigers make honest, generous friends and passionate lovers. In turn, they expect others to be honest with them, but criticism or disapproval gets them depressed. Still, Tigers always bounce back to face new challenges and take bigger chances.

Enthusiastic, Optimistic, Courageous, Bold, Sociable, Energetic
-----
Volatile, Impulsive, Hot-headed, Restless, Disobedient, Vain, Stubborn

The following occupations best suit the Tiger personality.

LECTURER ¤ PILOT ¤ WRITER ¤ MATADOR ¤ EXPLORER ¤ RACE CAR DRIVER ¤ POLITICIAN ¤ MISSIONARY ¤ ACTOR ¤ MUSICIAN
Some notable Tigers in these fields include Groucho Marx, Oscar Wilde, Marilyn Monroe, Marco Polo and Dwight D. Eisnehower.

Compatibility

The Tiger's best friends are Horses or Dogs. Their mortal enemies are Monkeys (dang dirty apes). To find out how other animal signs relate to the Tiger, consult the list below. L E G E N D
1 Not good together.
2 Needs work.
3 Sexual attraction.
4 Bliss!

Rat 2
Tigers and Rats need to learn how to compromise. One should expect some dramatic clashes of temperament. They make good friends but lack any true passion.

Ox 1
The Chinese say that this could be one of the worst matches possible. Still, despite the probability of a horrible outcome, the Ox and the Tiger are drawn to each other. Their temperments will most likely clash.

Tiger 2
What happens when you put two dominating, individualistic creatures together? A lot of posturing and a potato sack of arguing.

Rabbit 3
The differences between Rabbits and Tigers somehow manage to weld them together and make them better people.

Dragon 3
A relationship full of guts, arguing, and serious lovemaking. Sparks are abound to light their passionate fuses.

Snake 1

Two many big differences for this relationship to work. Different outlook, different lifestyle and different objectives. Survey says: "Not going to happen!"

Horse 4
A Rip-Roaring Action Thrill Ride! In all seriousness, the adventures the Horse and Tiger insure an exciting life together.

Sheep 2
A relationship were both parties have TOO much respect each other. The two animals exert so much effort not to offend each other that they are never really comfortable. An excellent working relationship but a crummy marital one.

Monkey 1
No. Under no circumstances should a Tiger and Monkey date. This relationship is deeply frustrating and will have the two partners climbing up walls and clawing at each other's throats.

Rooster 2
The misunderstandings between Roosters and Tigers can create problems in their relationship. Both have to be ready to communicate to make it work.

Dog 4
Mutual admiration and respect make this relationship a winning team and solid union.

Pig 3
A good humored relationship that keeps both parties smiling. A union bound by friendship and common interests.

oooh and then east meets west

Aquarian Tiger

These cats love to ignore the rules. They are not always pleased with the world they live in. They have a unique talent of sidestep emotions so they can deal with life. This rationalization of feelings makes these cats come across as cold, and unemotional!

Full of vitality and enthusiasm, Dragons are popular individuals, despite being seen as foolhardy or "big-mouthed" at times. They are intelligent, gifted perfectionists that are demanding of others. Their intolerance usually causes a stir, but Dragons enjoy attracting attention, and prefer demanding situations to everyday rountines. To Dragons, rules and regulations are made only for others. They live, act, and think big, but their pride and self-confidence can prevent them from accepting help when they need it the most. Self-reliant and sufficient, they can survive without close relationships, but are energized with companions that share their wavelength.

Characteristics:

Resourceful, Self-Assured, Adaptable, Original, Valiant, Enthusiastic
-----
Arrogant, Hot-headed, Unpredictable, Critical, Irritable, Discourteous

The following occupations best suit the Dragon personality.

COMPUTER ANALYST ¤ ENGINEER ¤ INVENTOR ¤ PSYCHOANALYST ¤ SALESPERSON ¤ ADVERTISING AGENT ¤ POLITICIAN ¤ MANAGER ¤ PHILOSOPHER ¤ LAWYER
Some notable Dragons in these fields include Joan D'Arc (of Arc), Sigmund Freud, Pele, and Sarah Bernhardt.

Compatibility:

Rat 4
This partnership is destined for happiness. There is plenty of understanding and passion between the two.

Ox 1
Although attracted to each other at first, both the Dragon and the Ox are two stubborn to make this relationship work. The essential give and take is lacking.

Tiger 3
A relationship full of guts, arguing, and serious lovemaking. Sparks are abound to light their passionate fuses.

Rabbit 2
Unless they can learn to give and take, the differences between Dragons and Rabbits with bring them together or tear them apart.

Dragon 2
Dragons with Dragons can make for powerful, strong relationships -- if they can learn to share the spotlight.

Snake 3
Both the Snake and the Dragon are clever, crafty, quick-witted flirts, and make a perfect fit together.

Horse 3
Horses and Dragons have great sexual relationships. A chemical in their brain binds their libidos together. If they can reach an understanding, they're looking at a great partnership.

Sheep 1
They're sexually attracted to each other, but in the end Sheep and Dragons will realize they have different destinies, and were never meant to be. Sniff.

Monkey 4
An exciting, vibrant relationship -- Monkeys and Dragons think alike and understand each other. Their relationships are destined for happiness and success.

Rooster 2
Interesting, exquisite pair in an interesting, ego-centered relationship. They manage to look really good together until their meglomania gets in the way.

Dog 1
Just keep on walking. Don't look back. Do say a word. Just walk. Dragon and Dog relationships are tumultous -- after all is said and done the relationship ends with both parties in an unhealthy mental state.

Pig 3
Pigs and Dragons share a love so deep, cute and cuddly it will irritate those that co-inhabit the environment they love in. Even flowers cringe in their presence. Seriously -- it's a caring, sharing partnership.

"oooh and then east meets west" Section:

Leonine Dragon

This is a noble combination. The Lion is king of the Western Zodiac. The Dragon is the sign of the Emperor. Combining these two signs creates a personality that has a strong lust for live. They are extravagant, generous and born leaders. They like to show off, and others find them very alluring.

Sheep 2
A relationship were both parties have TOO much respect each other. The two animals exert so much effort not to offend each other that they are never really comfortable. An excellent working relationship but a crummy marital one.

So ur

Except for a knack of always getting off on the wrong foot, Sheep can be charming company. Sheep sometimes hold back their emotions, and are not fully appreciated for their true nature. Still, they are first to complain about discomfort. Naturally pessimistic, mild mannered and even shy, the Sheep person is a sympathetic voice. Lovers of art and nature, they tend to spoil themselves. Still, they are creative, cultured and well-mannered -- A civilizing influence on others. Some Sheep are timid and easily upset, while others can be adaptable and sure-footed when the need arises. Either way, Sheep prefer to live and work with other people, and find emotional satisfaction with partners that provide them security in life.

Intelligent, Artistic, Gentle, Kind, Cultured, Sensitive
-----
Fussy, Insecure, Ingratiative, Self-Indulgent, Dependent

The following occupations best suit the Sheep personality.

ARCHITECT ¤ CARTOGRAPHER ¤ TOWN PLANNER ¤ ART HISTORIAN ¤ ILLUSTRATOR ¤ ACTOR ¤ MUSICIAN ¤ DAYCARE WORKER ¤ FLORIST ¤ PEDIATRICIAN
Some notable Sheep in these fields include Michelangelo, Buster Keaton, Laurence Olivier, Jane Austen and Mark Twain.

Compatibility

The Sheep's best friends are Rabbits or Pigs. Their mortal enemies are Oxen. To find out how other animal signs relate to the Sheep, consult the list below. L E G E N D
1 Not good together.
2 Needs work.
3 Sexual attraction.
4 Bliss!

Rat 1
The relationship between the Sheep and Rat is at times an upwards struggle, although given goodwill on both sides it can be made to work.

Ox 1
A relationship best left dreamt about. Although oxen and sheep may be attracted to each other, their hearts and minds will never find common ground.

Tiger 2
A relationship were both parties have TOO much respect each other. The two animals exert so much effort not to offend each other that they are never really comfortable. An excellent working relationship but a crummy marital one.

Rabbit 4
Love as true and blue as the day God made it. Their shared interests, mutual respect and understanding make the Rabbit/Sheep relationship all the better.

Dragon 1
They're sexually attracted to each other, but in the end Sheep and Dragons will realize they have different destinies, and were never meant to be. Sniff.

Snake 4
They make terrific friends and even sexier lovers.

Horse 2
Horses are strong minded individuals who need their independence. There may be an intitial passion and attraction between two Horses, but it will only be short term.

Sheep 3
Put two Sheep together and you get a couple of giddy hedonists (or pleasure
-seekers, to you and me) who have a perfect understanding of each other.

Monkey 2
Two very different people, but Sheep and Monkeys can combine their best attributes and create an interesting relationship. If they're willing, of course.

Rooster 1
This relationship seems to run into problems every other day, and is the compatiblity equivalent to open heart surgery -- every mistake just makes things worse.

Dog 1
Dogs and sheep will spend time with each other, but they won't nessecarily enjoy it. They have nothing in common, so they have no reason to be attracted to each other.

Pig 4
Imagine long, fun nights of champagne, caviar and breaking dishes in a fireplace. Sound pretentious? It is! But Sheep and Pigs love it, and their mutual love and under
standing make this a rewarding relationship.

Rich in wisdom and charm, Snakes are romantic and deep thinkers. Their intuition guides them strongly. Snakes usually do things at their own pace, and when the moment is right, shed their skin and take up something completely new. It is for this reason that people avoid Snakes -- They can't handle their mistrust and secretiveness. Although sociable at times, they have a strong desire to be left alone. Snakes are actually subtle workers -- imperceptibly manuevering and manipulating until they are in the position to get what they want. Attracted to elegant and refined partners, they are deeply jealous and possessive when involved in relationships.

Insightful, Shrewd, Discreet, Wise, Compassionate, Subtle
-----
Proud, Manipulative, Malicious, Possessive, Vain, Sluggish

The following occupations best suit the Snake personality.

TECHNOLOGIST ¤ PAINTER ¤ PHILOSOPHER ¤ SPIRITUAL LEADER ¤ SOCIOLOGIST ¤ MAGICIAN ¤ PSYCHOLOGIST ¤ MYSTIC ¤ JEWELER ¤ INVESTIGATOR

The Snake's best friends are Oxen or Roosters. Their mortal enemies are Pigs. To find out how other animal signs relate to the Snake, consult the list below.

Rat - 3
The Snake and the Rat seem fascinated with each other. One can learn a great deal from the other, if they worked on their difference of characters.

Ox - 4
A great partnership -- sympathetic, loving, and understanding, both parties are on the same wavelength.

Tiger - 1
Two many big differences for this relationship to work. Different outlook, different lifestyle and different objectives. Survey says: "Not going to happen!"

Rabbit - 3
This relationship is all about sex. Really. Great. Sex.

Dragon - 3
Both the Snake and the Dragon are clever, crafty, quick-witted flirts, and make a perfect fit together.

Snake - 2
Snakes can match wits and play Mensa games with each other till there is no tommorrow -- they are intellectual equals. But emotionally, jealousy rears its ugly head. Snakes are best when they maintain separate identities.

Horse - 2
Different perspectives and different agendas equals an insignificant relationship. But there is a chance to sort things out through a little communication.

Sheep - 4
They make terrific friends and even sexier lovers.

Monkey - 2
Snakes and Monkeys spend most of their time watching their own backs. Their suspicions of each other can be overcome with a little cooperation.

Rooster - 4
Snakes and Roosters make an excellent team.

Dog - 3
These two are attracted to each other on sight. After exploring a physical relationship, they come to realize they get along mentally as well.

Pig - 1
Snakes eat pigs. They have little to nothing in common.

East Meets West:
Capricorn Snake
These Snakes work hard for everything they achieve. They have slowly, painstakingly built their reputation on respect and their accomplishments. They are very patient, and wait for what they want. They are genuine in what they want.

Aquarian Snake
This Snake is full of contradictions. Logical but silly, they need love and support from their partners. They love this attention, but don't like to feel tied down.

Piscean Snake
These Snakes are lovers. They are soft and sensual. They are fragile, taking everything to heart. They are very sensitive to the needs of others. When they fall in love, they do so whole heartedly.

Honest... lol smile

Dog & Dragon
Just keep on walking. Don't look back. Do say a word. Just walk. Dragon and Dog relationships are tumultous -- after all is said and done the relationship ends with both parties in an unhealthy mental state.

well that sure is a warning!!!! lol

I am the Rabbit

Rabbits are people everyone likes to be around -- Affectionate, obliging, and pleasant. However, can get too sentimental and sometimes seem superficial. They keep out of disputes, even if they have to turn a blind eye. Rabbits are emotional and even selfish when it comes to enjoying themselves, but they would never deliberately hurt anyone. Even though they seem quiet (and even unattentive), their intuition and intelligence gives them the diplomatic skills to distance themselves from bad situations. Well-groomed, mannered and always fashionable, the Rabbit's conservative exterior hides a love for fun, which catches other people off guard. Rabbits excel at assessing a situation and providing a solution when the time is right. They are sensitive lovers, and seek a partner who can offer security in life.

Characteristics

Astute, Thoughtful, Refined, Docile, Wise
-----
Cunning, Snobbish, Possessive, Fussy, Obsessive

The following occupations best suit the Rabbit personality.

ACTOR ¤ HERBALIST ¤ JUDGE ¤ DIPLOMAT ¤ THERAPIST ¤ WRITER ¤ OPHTHALMOLOGIST ¤ FASHION DESIGNER ¤ TEACHER ¤ ADMINISTRATOR

Ahh astrology is fun smile

Although that link will give you the animal sign for the year you were born in, your TRUE Chinese Zodiac can be better calculated using this link:

http://www.chineseastrologyonline.com

For examples..
I was born in the year of the Rooster, but I am actually a Red Rabbit smile
Prince was born in the year of the Dog, but he is Green Rabbit smile

Have fun!
