I can't even imagine what it must be like to have these. I rarely get headaches but when I do i can't even believe the pain. I usually take a hard cover book and pull it down on the very top of my head to releive the pressure but the worst are the headaches behind my eyes. If you can take a bath at the moment, lay down in it with your head under the faucet, and let very hot water fall on your forehead and down over your temples. Works great! | |

it's finally down from a migraine to just a bad headache. i took two long naps today. thanks everyone for their love and suggestions.
awww, as i was typing that my daughter (who i just picked up from daycare) said "are you having a headache mom?" i said yes, and she handed me the flower she'd just picked from outside and said "well, this flower is for your headache so you feel better."   | |

i do know that a womans monthly cycle and the added hormones trigger migraines there is usually a "trigger" for migrains ...they really have gotten a lot more info on them now then when i was 10 and having them | |
