Ugh... I am overdue by two years. I really need to find a good doctor. The Army provides Physician Assistant to do the job (in Germany). I wasn't too cool on anyone other than a MD checking my oil. I always wonder why they have pictures of Kittens on the ceiling for you to look at...like that will distract you from what the heck is going on.
