Somedays are better left for napping.

Is this true or false and why?

Are some days better left for napping?

Or is it the earily bird that catches the worm. (by worm I don't mean Prince)
News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so.

I don't like getting up early but I don't like sleeping either. I wish I didn't have to sleep at all. To me no day is made to nap on. lol

I usually find it hard to nap in the day but - lately - it's been so hot at night (and I've been finding it difficult to sleep), I've been dropping off like a baby. zzz

It's good to get a nap, sometimes, but I don't tend to do it as I worry I won't be able to sleep properly when I go to bed. And I'm a bitch if I don't get my sleep. lol

I could do with a nap now... bored

Bread would be nice but I don't think I could get away with the red wine in work right now. giggle

Thanks, though. smile

I sleep 5-6 hours every night (2am- 7 am) and then 1 hour after lunch at 2 or 3 pm.

3 hour siestas are only valid after a sleepless night.

Siesta time doubles the resting sensation
1 hour of siesta = 2 hours of nite sleep

The only problem is that it gets addictive so now I can't do without it. When I can't do it for work schedule or whatever I'm dead

Awww... lol I can just see you pumping up your inflatable bed. giggle hug

And that IS Life!

There's no way they could introduce siestas here; you'd have Managers ringing people who'd gone home and slept all afternoon. lol
