Somedays are better left for napping. Is this true or false and why?
Are some days better left for napping? Or is it the earily bird that catches the worm. (by worm I don't mean Prince) News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so. You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.

I don't like getting up early but I don't like sleeping either. I wish I didn't have to sleep at all. To me no day is made to nap on. HE'S COMING AGAIN

I usually find it hard to nap in the day but - lately - it's been so hot at night (and I've been finding it difficult to sleep), I've been dropping off like a baby.
It's good to get a nap, sometimes, but I don't tend to do it as I worry I won't be able to sleep properly when I go to bed. And I'm a bitch if I don't get my sleep. I could do with a nap now...

do you get to have a 3 hour one every day? what time do you finish work and when do you go to bed? I sleep 5-6 hours every night (2am- 7 am) and then 1 hour after lunch at 2 or 3 pm. 3 hour siestas are only valid after a sleepless night.

I sleep from 12 - 7, which is the same I suppose Siesta time doubles the resting sensation 1 hour of siesta = 2 hours of nite sleep The only problem is that it gets addictive so now I can't do without it. When I can't do it for work schedule or whatever I'm dead

And that IS Life! There's no way they could introduce siestas here; you'd have Managers ringing people who'd gone home and slept all afternoon.
