That happened to me once on a road trip to Milwaukee. I wasn't even hanging my arm out the car, but I was wearing a sleeveless shirt and the window was down and I wasn't paying attention and by the time we got to Milwaukee my should was cracking and bleeding even! It was the most awful sunburn I've ever had in my life.
