I don't know... I suppose someone would have to tell me what they think of me first.
I suppose I could say work people have a hard time believing I'm shy. lol. And I'm much more straight forward and business-y. I can even be a bit of a hard ass if I know I'm right (and I always am). My boss even said the other day she was backing me up to someone cause I do not make mistakes. 
So I sort of have a work personna going on. You can't be shy and do what I've done in my job. It took years to get where I am with that, though. But it's not completely who I am outside of work. Some folks find that weird, but I guess you just do what you have to. |

i don't know for sure but i think it's because i don't wear my emotions very openly. For instance, you will not find me crying in public unless i am at a funeral or being attacked in some way. I also don't have much of a bleeding heart. I've accepted the fact that sometimes life can be unbearably cruel. But crying over it and making a big melodrama about it doesn't change things. I perfer to take action and to help people through my actions. | |

I'd have my headphones on and just walk by everyone and go back to my room...and if I didn't have my headphones on I'd still walk by and say next to nothing to anyone and just head back to the dorm room...lol...I was incredibly shy and introverted, but nobody bothered to assume that. i have that problem majorly with other black women around here in Hamilton...its sad just cuz i dont say hi and i mind my own business doesn't mean im being rude, im sticking to myself..
