I Find It Hard To Believe That Some Companies Don't Have Voice Mail I mean, we are in the new millenium, right? Whenever I call a company and they tell me they don't have voice mail so I can leave a message (I had two companies tell me that today), I find myself asking, "You DON'T have voice mail??" I wonder why this is, since people tend to be away from their desks for extended period of time (because of meetings, other phone conversations, etc.). Perhaps it costs a company more to have voice mail or something, but you would think that a company would have it, to make it easier for people to communicate with each other, and so that a person would not have to call a company back because they couldn't reach the party that they were trying to reach. Very inconvenient indeed. [Edited 7/20/06 10:14am] RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

What kind of company's R U talking about?
Just askin' cuz we used to get these candles from this candle co all the time and the candles ended up ruining the walls in our old house. So then we tried and tried to get a hold of this co and no one would ever answer and no voice mail or anything else. Here they ended up being shady and had all these law suits or whatever. But is that your situation?
