FOOD (how much is too much)? I've heard it been said to eat the right amount you should eat nothing bigger then " " (about the size of your fist). Well anyway, how does that work? I really want to know. How much are you alowed to compress the food?
It's said that when a star falls in on it self it makes a black hole. And that all that matter from the surounding solarsystem is sucked into that black hole, and compressed to about the size of a golf ball. Does this mean I could eat a solorsystem worth of food? News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so. You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.

You must not cheat and wait for your stomach to implode first The delicate balance of our solar system will be disturbed if you defy the laws of physics "..My work is personal, I'm a working person, I put in work, I work with purpose.."

Mick, how your brain works!!!!
But really on topic, U shouldn't eat more than a fist worth in one sitting. Not compressed either. Layed out on the plate, just regular.

I heard something like this, like the amount of protein was supposed to be the size of your palm. Now every time I eat meat I feel like I'm eating my hand. My Legacy

I think you are supposed to only eat that much. Cuz that's how big your stomach is supposed to be. The size of your fist. When your a baby/toddler that's how big it only is but then we stretch it out.

Some theorize that an atom is really a small solar system of its own, so eating a grape would be much like eating a galaxy's worth of food. I recommend "Horton Hears a Who" by Dr. Seuss. My Legacy

If you can't get out of your bedroom unless a talk show host comes to visit, you've had too much food. Might be time for exercise.

I know you're not supposed to eat a piece of cheese bigger than a matchbox. That is unfortunately a very small piece of cheese - bah!
