And sugar isn't bad, you will need the quick buzz of energy if you are working out, the secret is to use up the sugar with exercise before it gets converted to fat. Burning fat is difficult, so let you body work on burning the fat you have not the fat that you eat!

People who need to lose fat should not be using sugar for energy.

At this point this is like keeping a health journal (which I always thought was bullshit lol ) so pardon me y'all biggrin

SATURDAY

    pre-strength training
  • green tea smoothie (green tea, lowfat soy, nonfat froz yogurt)

    strength training (lower body)

    breakfast
  • pear
  • water

    snack
  • lean cuisine panini
  • 5 ounces cranberry juice cut w/ water

    lunch will be:
  • lean cuisine
  • cranberry juice cut w/ water

    dinner will be:
  • egg white omlet w/ spinach, mushrooms, veggie patty, nonfat cheese wrapped in whole grain tortilla
  • a beverage

I'm sipping on water throughout the day but I'm still nowhere near the requirement, gotta work on that. Will do upper body strength stuff when I get off work...

cool

They really are divine nod I think I'm gonna ditch the lowfat soy for nonfat milk though hmmm But the soy has a certain flavor to it that really compliments the smoothie (the vanilla soy at least), but while I'm trying to lose I guess I should pull out all the stops shrug

The green tea powder I use is Matcha (I think that's how you spell it)... smile
