Well, I happen to know that supervisors don't just become abusive overnight. They tend to test workers' boundaries over time. That being the case, the disorganization and impositions that frustrate you likely have been long-term nuisances at your place of employment.
There are other options, too (pardon my ignorance of your situation): * You could go and look for work there, too. * You could develop a plan (expenses, job-searching, etc.) and just leave your present job. Sometimes, a fresh start is best. | |

Sometimes, a fresh start is best. Thanks threadbare I am looking for another job at the moment, and I do still plan to leave this company. So Im just trying to take it in my stride now - if I dont care about the job, i dont have to care about him! It is just a disorganised company I think He never used to be my immediate boss, thats fairly recent. And I havent liked it since then. he just treats people like a robot. Im just waiting for him to magically fix my situation, which is pretty impossible; i think that quite funny! Hard luck Andrew! | |
