yeah, but sometimes david cross can get a little pander-y to his audience. he is to indie rawk college boys as margaret cho is to the gays. i think i like sarah silverman a little more for this reason, because she pisses EVERYONE off. lol

i think sarah silverman's standup is funnier because it's less liberal politics and more funny. But her movie isn't as good as Cross' albums. So there. razz

hmmm. well, her movie is better than his DVD, but that didn't take much. then again, mr. show is funnier than she is, but she was on mr. show. this is getting confusing.

Silverman was on Season 3--which was the best. Yes, it's getting a bit stupid up in here. His dvd was crap, though. nod BTW, I just read an interview with Bob Oedenkirk and he said they have written a Mr. Show movie. Hopefully, it will be better than that shitty Run Ronnie Run. That one doesn't count because the director didn't let them help edit it. And it sucked.

I rarely like comedy in music and I don't think I could listen to a complete album of joviality. I like some humorous songs, 'Vindaloo' by Fat Les is one I used to detest but it's grown on me. 'Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life' is a classic too.

no no no! not songs sweets, stand up comedy. giggle

Oh dear! Well, Peter Kay: Live at the Top of the Tower is funny.

'run ronnie run' did suck - nobody hated it more than cross and odenkirk, according to their web site - but i'll be damned if i didn't laugh like a moron through the whole thing. i expected it to suck when i rented it, but the level of dumbness must have been just what i needed that day or something.

Spookymuffin

These guys are hilarious.
They basically chat, whilst drunk, about nonsense and record it. They have one conversation about pulling lobsters out of womens arseholes as a medical condition. nod
