I lost 2 stone in a weights regime i self-motivated to do and established myself. I offered her help and she rejected. How does she expect to lose weight doing nothing. I feel awful for her because i felt so good when I'd done it. It's a genuine acheivement to be able to look at yourself with a 4-pack in the mirror after 14 years of being overweight. | |
