It's cold and overcast in Chicago this week... ...and I THINK IT'S GREAT!!!
I wouldn't wish for this kind of weather all summer, but right now it seems comforting for some reason. Plus, I love listening to people complaining about how cold it is when it's really not that bad at all. Wussy poops.

[Edited 7/11/06 8:58am] Yes, it's very San Fran/Northern California-ish here this week, now that you mention it. I like it! It feels good for the skin.

SHe likes it easy and breezy and cool. I like it too, or have gotten used to it. First year was difficult. But I do miss the warm days. Though all I need to do is basically go out of the city and BAM it's hot. Christian Zombie Vampires

Enjoy for now and brace yourself. They are saying MPLS is gonna be hitting 100 and humid this weekend, I'd assume that crap will make its way to you shortly thereafter.

I enjoyed that rain. I had on my rain slicker that I purchased at target in 2002 when I drove through the tornado to get to the Celebration. But, this humidity is trippin'! I had to bring an extra shirt to work to change into--which I'm about to clock in, so let me get off this Internet. Anx, The 100s from MPLS will hit Chicago Thursday/Friday. Perfect weather for the opening of the Gay Games VII.

Temperature is 76 degrees
Humidity is 94% Its still coming down here. What a wonderfully calm day, and a straight soaking outside. No wind, thunder or lightning. . . just "raining buckets" all day long. Very nice indeed. I went all day without listening to anything but the rain beat down on a metal roof. I love days like this.
