I didn't have enough plain flour though, and had to use some wholemeal, which made them a bit dry. Did you ever bake bread? It's a yeast dough, so similar, but you roll the dough out flat (after it's risen the first time) spread butter, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon(or cardamon) and fold over, cut into strips and roll! arrange on baking tray with room around each one and leave to rise again, then bake in hot oven until golden! Time consuming but pretty easy after you've made them a few times | |

I took all the photos myself with the timer for the ones with me in them! and we have eaten half of the batch already and my husband doesn't even know I made them yet, he will eat them all if he finds out! | |
