It's just the enchanting. Whenever I need to recharge something, I don't have a Sigil Stone.

And my dagger cost a lot to make but only lasts a few hits...but it rocks out loud, so I don't mind it biggrin

You know that you can recharge in the mages' guild right? It costs 1 piece of gold per charge...so it can be quite expensive. I tend to pinch their soul gems instead. lol

No, I didn't...*hits self*

I always go alllll the way back to the Arcane university to charge things. Which takes a while.

I just realised, this would make no sense to an outsider. This thread is totally exclusive. We might as well speak in Hebrew.

Oh my god you play that! I both hate it and love it. Hate it because it actually costs money and if I get addicted I won't have money, love it because it looks awesome.

I love it when girls are gamers. I feel a massive affection for them cause they do something distincly masculine yet marginalised. I guess I feel more accepted in the world lol

Those things are disgusting (I tease, I think they're so cool and I want some) - put a ring in it so it becomes a chin pony-tail and then you'll look more medievel, a bit like Gimley from LOTR.

I suppose I could buy a fake beard. Don't think I can grow one anytime soon. lol

And axes would be awesome. That's my favorite weapon in RPG's...when my characters are strong enough to carry them effeciently.

lol I have one axe. It's got fire damage too, so I like it.

I guess women could plat their hair and wear clogs...that would look more medieval lol

It's only $15 a month! biggrin A small price to pay for how fun it is. nod

I got into it because one of my roommates and several of my friends at my school play it, and I was sick of not understanding what they were talking about all the time. It's so fun being one of the few girls in my guild, I get free stuff from time to time for no apparent reason. lol

I'm using swords atm because all my swords are enchanted - I've got two really good daggers that I'm keeping so I can put Sigil Stones in them to enchant them. I think I want to enchant my armour as well, but I don't know if I can yet. shrug

Magic weapons are the way to go - my bow is amazing, but I rarely use it, I hate buying arrows lol

Recharging is expensive. Get the hang of using soul gems and the soultrap spell asap. Oh, and find the Shrine of Azura. There, you can obtain a soul gem that you can reuse indefinitely.

Also, get the Skeleton Key. You'll never need another lockpick. I hated the whole lock-pick thing, but with the Skeleton Key (a lockpick that never breaks) you'll never need another pick.

Here are some specs..

Recommended:

* 3 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent processor
* 1 GB System RAM
* ATI X800 series, Nvidia GeForce 6800 series, or higher video card

Minimum System Requirements:

* Windows XP
* 512MB System RAM
* 2 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent processor
* 128MB Direct3D compatible video card
* and DirectX 9.0 compatible driver;
* 8x DVD-ROM drive
* 4.6 GB free hard disk space
* DirectX 9.0c (included)
* DirectX 8.1 compatible sound card
* Keyboard, Mouse

My processor is a 1.7 GB Celeron boxed

I have 1.5 GB of memory, but since my comp lacks an AGP or PCI Express slot I can't get a good enough videocard pout

Actually...I probably could run it, but it would chug so much it would look/feel like I was playing underwater sigh
