Please let us know how it turns out, as I have done a desert or two in my lifetime, but ironically am terrified of "real" (outdoor?) camping...I think it's the bug and critter factor that makes me a big chicken about it; you are a brave gal and have my respect, Carrie,Mpls---now come back with mystical secrets of the Universe that you learned from "The Wild" and enthrall us!!!  !!! !!! | |

camping!! i LOVE camping!!
i have my own tent... love going and cooking over a real fire... except, i have to sleep on an air mattress or i end up with a migraine in the morning.  but other than that it's real camping!! | |

We just got back to town
tons of fun, and it was SOOOO not real camping as we all ended up being able to sleep in the camper thinger. i'm off to bed now! | |
