If you drink-what's your beverage of choice? When you drink do you wake up to find yourself laid out on one of these .

Jack/Jim and Coke in a can.

A nice red (sauvignon, pinot noir).

Corona.

Grolsch.

Heineken.

Anything that comes in a brown paper bag.

a drinker to me is someone that drinks quite regularlly. They often get drunk and need drinks to have a "good time" or as a "social buffer" but I think that's a really really bad thing.

I am a non-drinker in socialization events, and I don't even like going to events where drinks are served.

However, I am not against having a glass of wine or beer or even coxtail every now and again. Mostly for madistional reasons.

I like to have a couple of beers while working out in the yard on a warm day. The beer helps to regulate heart preasure while the carbs in the beer give energy and the buzz from the beer makes it less like work, or at least numbs me to the idea I am doing work.

I drink red wine some nights, and when I drink, if I can drink, I will drink deeply. Helps the heart and thins the blood. I'll have 2-3 large glasses over the evening.

But most the time, I don't drink at all. Especially in the summer time where dehydration is a critical factor.

I hate hangovers.

I avrage like 2-6 nights I'll have a drink or two a month.

Having said that, I had 3 drinks two weeks ago(the last one was 50% rum) and ended up in the strange bed. Second drunkest ever, that was. Man, that was a brutal hangover.
