She is always smiling or laughing etc.

I don't know why!

I mean I read her the newspapers everyday with the news about the war on terror and Israel's incursions into the Gaza strip, and AlQaeda, and the N. Korea test launches of their long distance missiles etc., but she just laughs and/or smiles!

I think there is something wrong with her!!
