iTunes Question: If I move a file from one folder on my HD to another, can iTunes find it?

I keep getting messages telling me that the link no longer exists (which totally makes sense)... BUT, if I start sorting unsorted files on my hard drive into appropriate folders, etc, won't that create duplicate files (old link that no longer works plus the new updated link that works?)???

I don't get it. neutral

Why don't people just follow the instructions? confused

Yes,DOOK, if you sort files you'll have them duplicate, but once you make sure all of them are in your library folder (consolidate library-are you sure?-yes) you can delete the old ones nod
