I love em and I've only cut myself twice which is a bonus!

About the knives, they are awesome. I'm spoiled to any other knife now. I waited for my wife to come down stairs last night after we got home from the store. I had a carrot ready. I told her to cut the carror with the old pressed knife. then had her try to cut a thin slice. Then I had her do the same with the new forged knife. She seen the diffrence. Though, she wasn't as excited about it as I am.

Last night in bed I was thinking about the knives and all the things I could cut up today. I can't wait until it is time to prepair the food.

Spelling isn't everything...

Back on topic, I love good knives. A nice sharp knife is safer in the kitchen than a dull, cheaper knife. I can't afford the really expensive ones but I have a few Henckels that are quite nice to use. They have nice balance in my hands.
